I have a very special red blanket… I call it my Frankie Blankie… My Grandma Frank crocheted it for me…
My Grandma is at my house right now taking care of my children and I since I had my wisdom teeth removed…
My floor has been cleaned… meals have been made… and I have been loved.
Red- My grandma’s love for me… Crocheted into a cozy blanket… pumping through our hearts… passion from a maternal figure… unconditional and sacrificial…

This is wonderful. What a lovely way to show love – by supporting and helping one another. I adore your blanket. I hope you heal quickly. Enjoy G'ma Frank! Thanks for sharing her with us this week.

I love this! Thanks for sharing how the little ways we show people love are often the ones that mean the most.

Hope you can enjoy your time of rest. And I love the blue and white quilt/bedspread under the red blanket!

I'm dropping in from FMF–mostly because your 'goat's milk lattes' website caught my attention! My family raised goats when I was a kid (pun intended), and I have fond memories milking wars with my sister (see who can catch a sibling unaware with a stream of goat's milk whilst milking…). Those were the days! I'm glad your grandma is still around to help you out, and I hope you recover quickly from your surgery :).
